Summer is here!!! That means, it’s time to put on your sunscreen, get out and enjoy some healthy vitamin D while staying hydrated and refreshed. When I think of summer, I think of the beach, the nice weather, palm trees and vacations. It can get pretty hot during the summer, which is why it’s important to stay hydrated at all times while you’re on a trip or spending a long day out. There’s nothing better than enjoying a cool, refreshing and hydrating drink during this season. My main favorite drink when I’m on vacation is a delicious, creamy piña colada while I’m hanging out on the beach or pool.

Staying hydrated is not only good for your health, but also very good for your skin. Refreshing fruit-infused waters and lemonades have been very popular this season. I’ve been obsessed with fruit-infused sparkling water, garnished with some mint leaves. My favorite fruit-infused drinks are a refreshing cucumber mint infused water and a delicious sparkling raspberry lemonade.

Smoothies are also very popular during this season. My favorite summer smoothies are the ones that have pineapple, peach, mango and mixed berries. I also love a healthy, delicious green smoothie and coconut water during this season. Coconut water is one of the best, healthy, tropical drinks you can have to keep you hydrated and refreshed on a hot summer vacation.

Fresh Fruits.

Fruits can also be a hydrating and refreshing treat. My top favorite summer fruits are watermelon and mango. Watermelons are so refreshing, flavorful and hydrating, while mangoes are fresh, soft, sweet and juicy.
