HAPPY 2020 My LOVES!! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜˜ It feels so good to be back! How are your NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS Going so far? Can’t believe we’re already reaching mid-January. In the beginning of the year we are all excited to START the NEW YEAR right and we come up with plans and goals to achieve our NEW YEAR Resolutions. But when it comes to NEW YEAR Resolutions, we may start doing great in the beginning and eventually later on we can slowly start to forget our goals and lack motivation to continue to achieve them. I’ve been doing some research and here are some great tips that has worked for me, to help you keep up with the NEW YEAR: 

  1. CREATE A VISION BOARD : VISION BOARDS are a great way to be reminded of your dreams and goals, that can be achieved if you continue to work on them. These boards can help you remember what you can get, if you continue to work on reaching your goals. I’m a true believer that if you’re constantly reminded of your goals and visions of the life that you want, you’ll be able to stay motivated and focused when you go through your everyday challenges. Because of this, this NEW YEAR I’ve decided to give VISION BOARDS a shot! 

  2. PURCHASE 2020 Calendar Templates, Daily Planners & Schedules : TO help you with organizing your daily tasks and make it easier for you to be able to reach your daily and monthly goals.   3. JOIN & BECOME a part of a group or community who are also interested in your same goals and interests to feel supported, network and learn how others are achieving what you want to achieve this NEW YEAR. You can join Facebook Groups, Reach Out to people on LinkedIN, or even reach out for help at your own local community. 

  4. DON’T BEAT YOURSELF UP! : Everyday, every challenge and struggle is a learning experience. One main thing that I’ve learned in life is to become your own best friend, instead of your own worst enemy. Most people don’t realize that we judge and criticize ourselves the most, every single day. WE need to start being more gentle with ourselves and become our own #1 Fan and Best Friend, in order to achieve your goals with a better mindset and happier lifestyle. 

  5. CREATE A DEADLINE : This will help you to GET BETTER WITH TIME MANAGEMENT and stay productive to continue to work on reaching your goals. 

  6. DOWNLOAD an APP or JOIN A Podcast : YOU should start your day feeding your mind and learning, while listening to an informational podcast or receiving daily inspirational quotes and messages from any helpful app that you might be interested in. 

  7. MAKE IT FUN & REWARD YOURSELF : One of the BEST Tips that has helped me achieve my goals, is to reward myself after achieving little tasks. THIS way you’ll be able to get excited to work on achieving your daily goals, in order to get your reward. REMEMBER on participating with healthy rewards that will put you on a better mindset and will help you have fun, in the process of achieving your goals.
